Waxing lyrical

We humans go through a lot in the name of beauty. Many have suffered the trauma of waxing, shaving cuts, burns from straightening irons and the nightmare that is plucking and tweezing.

I once had a woman do my bikini line who seemed to have a personal vendetta against me. Seriously, with her wax that was the temperature of molten lava and her grab 'n' tear technique, she would have been an absolute hit at an S&M party. It got to the point where I involuntarily kicked her in the melon, such was the searing pain.

So it got me to wondering - what's been your most painful vanity moment? And this is not just about the girls ... surely the boys out there have something to add too?
