British chef Gordon Ramsay has reportedly eaten a competing dish containing part of the thumb of a contestant in his new reality TV show, Hell's Kitchen. Fits the name, doesn't it?
Fame Hungry contestant Matt, accidentally cut the top off his thumb while preparing pancetta to stuff a quail, and English newspaper reported.
As the contestant ran from the kitchen, his unaware fellow teammates took control and fried it with the meat involved in the dish. When Gordon Ramsay was informed of the incident, we humouresly exlaimed "Oh God- Finger Pancetta", sounds tasty right?
Although the contestant's finger was with the cooked meat, fully baked, Ramsay Sampled the quail, awarding a thumbs up, which is an unsual achievement for even the far most talented cook on the show.
