They're idioms you idiot

Nikki Farquharson has made a book out of 30 very simplified idioms, proverbs, phrases and quotes. Cock. Bull. Story. That's what it's called.

But do you want to know why? It's because she finds it interesting that we're able to understand a message or meaning from a phrase that should not even be taken literally.

So, to mess with us some more, she has reduced these idioms to three simple nouns and even that won't remove our ability to understand the meaning connected to these words.
