An interview with M.I.A was published in the
New York Times this week and since, things have got pretty nasty.
Interviewer Lynn Hirschberg outlines in
the article the "many contradictions that seem to provide the narrative for Maya’s life and art".
M.I.A don't much like that and reacts by tweeting Lynn's digits, calling her a racist and releasing a new song called
Haters.
