Can vomit be beautiful? It sure looks that way as envisaged by talented directing duo Daniels (Daniel Kwan & Daniel Scheinert) who have thrown up a perversely tasty clip for Brooklyn-based The Hundred In The Hands' essential track "Pigeons". Daniels also created the impressive FX which manage to make a messy night out look good. The album's out September on Warp. Fully sick...





Spark effects look to be this year's shoulder pads. Here we see them brighten up a pair of otherwise ordinary heels as worn by Dragonette's Martina while she brings the sexy on a photo shoot for Deadmau5 collaborator Kaskade...  





Clinic are back with their fifth album - Bubblegum - due in October. The surprisingly warm and fuzzy new sound is appropriately captured in this lead video "I'm Aware" directed by Super Furry Animals' artwork designer Peter Fowler. There's some sparkling vomit in this one too, glitter-puke fans. Not sure what all this radiant spew means but it's definitely "a moment"....





We end as we started, with pigeons, courtesy of London DJ Dansette Junior's drum and bass track "Paranoid". Director Duckeye (alright, what's with all these fackin' birds?) here reveals the hitherto unexplored musical leanings of the humble rat-with-wings. Cue the flock rockin' beats...
