I'm still not at Glastonbury.

I console myself with the fact that I'm sick of hearing "You Got The Love", no matter where I am. I also burn easily. However, I did manage to make soup this weekend so all is not lost. Thank you, Melbourne.

A quick search of what I missed on Saturday night reveals that Muse were joined by The Edge for a surprise cover...

Shakira covered "Islands" by The XX on the Pyramid Stage last night, ticking the indie crowd box. She also took care of the footy fans with her "Waka Waka" World Cup song and told the crowd she'd be watching England vs. Germany in an East End pub today. She finished with "Hips Don't Lie". Shakira no doubt works in a heatwave, pissed.

An unconfirmed member of Biffy Clyro has injured his leg while jumping off a speaker during their surprise set on the Park Stage. Should have done stretches first. Amateur.

Pet Shop Boys played a hit-laden set with multiple costume changes for a deliriously up-fot-it crowd. A big roar went up for Neil Tennant's shout-out to Dusty Springfield who then appeared on screens synced-up for a duet.

Florence picked weather appropriate stage-wear for her set. She later joined XX during theirs for the "You Got The Love" remix. Media tweeters joked that no set was safe from a rampaging Flo hell-bent on doing again. Candi Staton was on another stage doing it her way too. Enough!

The Dead Weather left the crowds "unmoved" according to The Guardian. "Nobody seems too bothered by the whole thing. Bar-room blues not working on a baking hot afternoon in a field."

It was falsettos at dawn when Kylie came on to help butch up the Scissor Sisters set...

Much like Flo, Snoop has been all over the festival like heat-rash. Here he was with Tinie Tempah...

Sunday night sees the likes of Orbital, Stevie Wonder and LCD Soundsystem. Extra security has been hired to prevent Florence from crashing their sets for one more rendition of you know what. Fingers crossed.
