The Blur feature documentary No Distance Left To Run has had its West End premiere in London, officially revealing some of the fall-out the band suffered after winning 1995's much-hyped (in the UK at least) Blur vs Oasis chart battle.

Graham Coxon talks about trying to jump out of a third-floor window, and Damon Albarn confirms that "Beetlebum" is about heroin, saying, "That whole period a lot of people’s lives were muddied by heroin." (cough - Elastica's Justine Frischmann - splutter).

But what about Coxon? Why did he try and kill himself? Why is he quoted as saying, “I was getting more and more unbalanced with it. I was out there. I was crap to be around.” And what about, when talking about last year's comeback gigs, “I was on a total high then... happy to get my mates back." So many questions, can't wait.

And so "Beetlebum" officially joins the long list of songs about heroin. Let's have a Top Ten! But who did it best? Some contenders, in non-feature format...
